I was a young editor in NYC and Don, as Mr. Wizard, taught me about science as we did our books. Bill Nye: Oh, yes. As I said, Mr. Wizard, Don Herbert, sent this country to the moon. I had dinner with him a few months ago, and he told me he was very pleased my show had come along to carry the torch. It was really moving for me.
