Romania's INDC plan - SUBMISSION BY LATVIA AND THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION ON BEHALF OF THE EUROPEAN UNION AND ITS 28 MEMBER STATES
Romania's National Energy and Climate Change Plan aims for net zero emissions by 2045 and targets 38% renewable energy consumption by 2030. The plan includes developing wind, solar, and biomass energy, expanding nuclear capacity, and decommissioning coal-fired power plants by 2032.
