Belarus has adopted its Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) 3.0, which includes a target for an unconditional economy-wide emissions reduction of 42% by 2035 from 1990 levels. This plan is part of its commitment to the Paris Agreement and aims to enhance climate action and sustainability.
