Algeria's National Climate Plan aims to address climate change challenges through over 70 action measures focused on both mitigation and adaptation, including a target to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 7 to 22% by 2030 compared to a 2013 baseline. The plan also emphasizes the development of renewable energy, with a goal of installing 22,000 MW of renewable power capacity by 2030.
