RESOLUTION NO. 07-84

WHEREAS, the Town of Taos owns certain personal property which the Town is no longer in need of; and

WHEREAS, the Town of Taos has specifically identified such property as identified herein; and

WHEREAS, the Town of Taos believes it is in the best interest of the Town to dispose of said property pursuant to law.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Taos:

The property identified herein is listed on attached (see source file for list)

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the property is:

1. of a current resale value of $5000 (five thousand dollars) or less;

2. worn-out, unusable, and obsolete to the extent that the item is no longer economical or safe for continued use by the Town; and

3. the property shall be disposed of by the following method:

All monitors and printers will be taken to the Recycling Center for E-waste recycling.
