Caring for Climate

Climate Champions together with leaders from business and finance, from sub-national government, civil society, and the United Nations at the eighth annual High-Level Meeting of Caring for Climate for a conversation on ways to collectively ramp up climate action in the lead up to the five year anniversary of the adoption of the Paris Agreement.

This year, the gathering will build momentum towards the virtual Climate Ambition Summit on 12 December 2020 co-convened by the United Nations, the United Kingdom, and France, in partnership with Chile and Italy, in which national governments are set to announce ambitious new commitments under the Paris Agreement. The Caring for Climate Meeting will rally leadership to support a healthy, resilient, zero carbon recovery that prevents future threats, creates decent jobs and unlocks inclusive, sustainable growth.
