Citizens & Government Working Together to Make a Difference....

The Washoe County Leadership Academy is a 12-week series of interactive sessions that are designed to cultivate a partnership between citizens and government, and also develop skills so participants can take a more active role in their community. We offer spring and fall sessions, with no charge for the program, and no previous government experience necessary.

We are currently accepting applications for the Spring 2009 Academy! The next Academy will begin in April, 2009.
